On to Creating the Park!
We are thrilled that the acquisition of the land has been completed! Now, the community that made this park a reality can turn to the creation of the park itself.
We look forward to collaborating with local First Nations, CRD/PARC, neighbours, community groups and trail users in an open engagement process to envision the new park and plan for the long-term stewardship of the forest and ecology on Hwmet’utsum.
